  • Screening

    Screen combinations, in addition with pan configurations, can be arranged to perform sifting and scalping operations on the same machine. LMC Canada's quick-change screens are manufactured in 2' sections for easy exchange.

  • Discharges

    Each machine is custom designed to include a spouting configuration that matches the customer's unique situation. Size, location, and orientation of spouts are some of the many modifications that LMC Canada can incorporate into the design to accommodate certain separations or space constraints.

  • Construction

    Constructed with mechanical steel tubing, the framing is strong and sanitary. Likewise, the conveyor pan is manufactured using steel components. Mild steel contact surfaces are standard with stainless steel options available. The simplicity and minimal moving parts incorporated into the design helps to eliminate pinch points and other safety hazards for operators.

  • Pan

    Multiple pan configurations help to make the LMC Canada conveyor extremely versatile.Available options such as discharge systems, pan partitions, screening, piggy-back pans, abrasion resistant liners, and weather covers can be incorporated into the design to accommodate any situation.
